The upper-floor property features well-ventilated rooms (170–180 sq. ft.) with attached bathrooms, natural lighting, and essential amenities. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, gas, and complimentary tea and coffee sachets. The space also includes a living area, a laundry room, and hygiene essentials like dental kits.

You’ll have exclusive access tothree bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and laundry area. For assistance, the owner is available, and on-site support staff can be reached when needed.

Cleaning services are provided once every four days for longer stays. For shorter visits, cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Guests are requested to keep the kitchen clean; excessive mess may incur an additional fee. Damages to the property will be charged accordingly.
