Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and satisfactory. We understand that plans may change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Hence, we have formulated a transparent refund policy to address such situations regarding bookings made on our platform.

Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount minus any applicable payment processing fees, if they request the refund at least 30 days before their scheduled check-in date.
  • Important Note: Payment processors charge us a fee (2-3% + 5%-18% GST) on all transactions. This fee is deducted from our account immediately upon receiving a payment. Therefore, a full refund will be issued, minus this non-refundable processing fee.
• No Refund: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Exceptions:

The refund policy does not apply to bookings made using discount codes, vouchers, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. In case of any disputes or exceptional circumstances, we reserves the right to review and make decisions regarding refunds at its discretion.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers can contact us by phone number given at the contact us section. Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation when contacting us for a prompt resolution.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking, minus any applicable payment processing fees (2-3% + 18% GST).
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved. It would take 5 to 7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.
• We hold no liability for any additional charges incurred due to currency conversion, bank fees, or fluctuations in exchange rates.
